We have 3 studio rooms and run a variety of different classes across the week, including legs, bums and tums aerobics, circuit training, pilates, hula-cise and tai chi. We try to offer something for everyone.
Monday
Zumba: A Latin-inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning, dance fitness-party.

Hula-cise: Aerobics with a hoop, lots of un and a great way to improve fitness!
