Studio Classes

We have 3 studio rooms and run a variety of different classes across the week, from basic circuit classes to relaxing yoga sessions. We try to offer something for everyone.

Monday

Team Circuit: A high intensity multi station circuit style workout, set in a friendly atmosphere. All levels welcome.

Instructor: Steve
Time: 7:30-8:30pm 
Price: £5.00 p/person

KickBox: A high intensity aerobic workout with a KICK!

Instructor: Hayley
Time: 7:00-8:00pm
Price: £5.00 p/person

Tuesday

Yoga:
Join Raj daily when he leads a range of different yoga classes. These include some that he has
presented at Quest over the years - Pranayama Yoga and Ashtanga Vedantas
Hatha Yoga while introducing a Mantra Yoga workshop

Classes practicing various techniques of Yoga, great for relaxation and for flexibility. Beginners always welcome.

Wednesday

Bellydancing: A change from the norm, a great aerobic workout with a taste of the exotic perfect for toning arms, legs, bums and tums. All levels welcome.

Time: 7:30-8:30pm
Price: £5.00 p/person

Body Blitz: A high intensity full body workout beginners welcome, bring some drinking water.

Instructor: Steve
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
Price: £5.00 p/person

Junior Salsacise: A fun based aerobic workout with a Latin twist, suitable for all levels of ability.

Instructor: Hayley
Time: 5:00-6:00pm
Price: £3.00 p/person
Age: 7-14 yrs
