The Deanes Performing Arts School
January 2008 saw the launch of 'The Deanes Performing Arts School.
Classes are based around Drama and Dance overseen by the schools heads of department Miss Harrison and Mrs Surtees.
Shows and Performances are a regular feature at the school. There is also the chance to go on external trips and the chance to go to watch live performances such a Hairspry, High School Musical and The Wizard of Oz.
Classes run on a Tuesday evening on a termly basis in which students have the chance to learn new skills, take part in productions and take examinations such as ISTD (Dance) and LAMDA (Drama). All levels of ability are welcome, classes are available to children aged 4 - 18 years old.
So whether its simply for fun, the chance to perform in shows or just to learn and take exams there is always a class to suite your needs.
All children wishing to join Deanes Performing Arts School are subject to a one off membership fee of £10.00.

4:15-5:00pm Years 1 & 2 £3.00 per week/ £15 for 5 weeks
Junior Dance
5:00-5:45pm Years 3-6
Senior Drama
5:00-5:45pm Years 7 & Above
Junior Drama
5:50-6:35pm Years 3-6
Senior Dance
5:50-6:35pm Year 7 & Above
'Mini Shows'
6:45 - 7:45pm Years 3 & Above
Payment for classes is as follows:
1 Class @ £3.00 p/week
2 Classes @ £5.00 p/week
3 Classes @ £7.00 p/week
